  • Provincial Consumer Protection Acts

  • State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) electronic payment regulations

  • Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) e‑commerce tax rules

Ghee Mubarak produces and sells pure desi ghee.

We ensure:

  • Hygienic production standards

  • Accurate product descriptions

  • Transparent ingredients

  • No artificial additives

All product information is provided in good faith. Variations in color or texture may occur due to natural production processes.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Digital wallets/payment gateways approved by SBP (as required under SBP Payment Systems Regulations)

Tax Compliance

We comply with FBR e‑commerce sales tax requirements applicable to online sellers in Pakistan.

Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is accepted only after:

  1. Payment confirmation (for prepaid orders)

  2. Verification of delivery details

  3. Availability of stock

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Incorrect information

  • Suspicious activity (as per PECA 2016 cybercrime compliance)

  • Unavailability of product

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners.

Delivery Time

  • 2–7 working days depending on location

  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

Under provincial consumer protection laws, customers have the right to fair treatment and transparent policies.

We allow returns or replacements only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The seal is broken upon arrival

Not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used ghee

  • Change of mind

  • Products stored improperly by the customer

Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after verification.
